SATED is a single-author digital cookbook product operated from the United States. For any privacy question, contact us at hello@sated.kitchen.
Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) automatically logs standard server data: IP address, browser type, referring URL, requested URL, and timestamp. This is used to keep the site secure and stable. Logs are retained for 30 days.
If you submit your email address to receive the free 5-Day GLP-1 Starter Plate, we collect your email and the timestamp of signup. We use a double-opt-in process: you receive a confirmation email and must click the link to activate the subscription. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
If you purchase SATED, Stripe (our payment processor) provides us with: your name, email, country of residence (for sales-tax determination), purchase amount, and a Stripe transaction ID. We retain this data for tax-recordkeeping purposes as required by US law.
Each PDF delivered after purchase is stamped with your email address on every page, for the sole purpose of deterring unauthorized redistribution. This is an automated technical step that runs only at the moment of fulfillment; no separate database of watermark-to-buyer mappings is kept beyond the standard purchase record described in 2.3.

SATED is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.
